Our guides are bursting with love for this incredible city, and we've gone all out to create the ultimate after-dark tour. Our tours roughly last 2 hrs and are 3.5km long, but we are happy to cater to your needs! If so, please book a private tour and we will work together to get the right tour for you.

If, for any reason, you find you can’t make the tour we are happy to either transfer you to another date or even issue a refund, providing this is done 72 hours before the start of the tour. Please make sure to read our policy when booking a tour.

If you cancel your tour, at least 72 hours notice will be required for a refund. A tour can be cancelled by contacting us via: londonbynighttours@gmail.com, this email is monitored constantly. No money will be refunded if 3 days or less notice is given.

If you are entitled to a refund, London by Night Tours will refund your booking in the same way you made the payment. Refunds will only be given on the ticket price, not on any other costs incurred.

The British weather can be unpredictable, hence we ask you to dress appropriately. 

Please note that the tour will operate in all weather conditions and will only be cancelled if the weather is not safe.

Yes, in order to take part in our tours we request everyone to make a booking through our booking page.

We like everyone to arrive 15 minutes before a tour starts. We endeavour to get underway on time, so we appreciate it if you can try to keep to the allotted tour time.

Yes, for a tour to go ahead we require a minimum of 4 customers per tour. In case of cancellation we will let you know ahead of time. Would you like a private tour? You can book a private tour by clicking here

The tour will be held at a gentle pace and we make sure to take enough time at each location to take in the surroundings. Due to the length of the tour we do not take a specific time out to have a break. We finish on Oxford Circus which is the surrounded to many shops and restaurants for a nice refreshment!

To make us easy to find the tour guide will meet everybody 15 minutes before the tour departure time at the bottom right of the large staircase on Trafalgar Square. Please see our meeting point page for more information!
